Big hotel chains don't run this way. They have departments for each of these functions, systems built specifically for their scale, and teams dedicated to getting each piece right.
StaySmith was built to change that math for independent properties. We're a hands-on hospitality consulting agency — not just a software vendor. Our team works directly with boutique hotels and guesthouses to run operations, revenue, marketing, social media, staffing, reservations, concierge, and finance — the same functions big chains manage in-house, delivered as a service to properties that don't have the headcount to build them internally.
Alongside this, we built our own CRM platform — purpose-made for smaller hospitality properties, and available on a simple monthly plan. We handle setup and training, so it works from day one, and it's always backed by a real team, not just a support ticket queue. We don't work with big hotel groups.
